The only DEF I’ve heard negative reports on is the Peak Platinum. They may have had production issues as it was reported to be cloudy and caused DEF systems issues to some people early on. Haven’t seen anything about that recently, though. I’ve been running the standard Peak Blue DEF since I bought the truck.

Most DEF on the market nowadays meets ISO 22241-1:2019 so it's more a matter of freshness rather than gimmickery that'll produce good results.
