Grievous affix.
I'd say grievous + tyrannical is the hardest affix combo for us. On trash and some bosses that have bursty damage patterns it's sorta OK since you can quickly get rid of the debuff using riptide + healing surge X 2 (spec into undulation + crashing waves), or ascendance if needed.

You are mostly correct, however after re-reading and checking everything the debuff would take 30seconds to reach 5 stacks due to the fact that each tick is in a 3 second interval.The largest changes to the talent selections in each dungeon will be what sort of utility is needed for the specific affix week.
